Article V Non-Discrimination, Severability, Corporate Compliance and Notices 5.1 Non-Discrimination. Neither party shall refuse to provide Services, or discriminate in the provision of Services, to any CCSD client, in any manner which is or would be contrary to any applicable state or federal law.
