Plan. It is the Employer's responsibility to ensure that the documents are appropriately <br />completed and in compliance with the requirements of the .~mployer's Plan. <br /> 1.3 Pl~ Document Compliance. DBI shall maintain the sample Plan <br />Document, Summary Plan Description and other applicable documentation in compliance <br />with any regulatory requirements. Necessary Plan amend~.ents are made periodically and <br />provided to the Employer to maintain compliance with ap?licable legal or administrative <br />changes. <br /> <br /> 1.4 Record Keeping. DBI shall assist the Employer in the development and <br />maintenance of administrative and record-keeping systems for the Plan.
