<br />Commission Minutes-January 2,2007 3162 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />JANUARY 2, 2007 (TUESDAY) <br /> <br />1. OATHS OF OFFICE <br />District Judge Steven Marquart administered the oath of office to newly elected county <br />officials Birch Burdick, State's Attorney; Jewel Spies, County Recorder; and Paul Laney, <br />County Sheriff. <br /> <br />2. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER <br />Chairman Scott Wagner called the meeting to order at 3:40 PM with all members present as <br />follows: Ken Pawluk, Darrell Vanyo, Robyn Sorum, Vern Bennett and Scott Wagner. <br /> <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Bonnie Johnson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />4. MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded that the minutes of the <br />previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. AGENDA, Order approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Vanyo moved and Mr. Bennett seconded to approve the order of the <br />agenda. Motion carried. <br /> <br />6. CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Pawluk moved and Mr. Bennett seconded to approve the consent <br />agenda as follows: On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />a.
