The officers assigned to the city will remain the employees of <br />the County for all purposes, including liability, tax, workers <br />compensation Clnd employee benefits. The County will provide <br />the vehicle an:l all uniforms, equipment, supplies and training <br />for the offic~r. <br /> <br />4. Violations of statutes or ordinances within the jurisdiction <br />of the City Municipal Court will be issued citations for said <br />Court. Violations exceeding the jurisdiction of the Municipal <br />Court will be issued citations or warrants for the District <br />Court. <br /> <br />5. The City will pay the County for providing the above services <br />an annual amcunt of $24,609.00 for .5 FTE pro-rated on a <br />monthly basis.
