<br />The Fargo Police Department and Cass County Sheriff's Department agree to <br />provide security under this agreement for the items listed below, as staffing and <br />resources allow or as warranted, as determined by the head of each respective <br />department: <br />1. Security of pharmaceutical storage sites, including locked and limited <br />access to pharmaceutical storage areas within the RSS. <br />2. Restriction of access to the RSS by unauthorized personnel. Badging <br />identification of workers within the RSS will be directed by the North <br />Dakota Department of Health, Emergency Preparedness and Response <br />Section which will aide in identification of authorized persons allowed <br />within the facility. <br />3. Provide ongoing assessment of security risks at the RSS site and modify <br />security in light of changing threats and new intelligence information. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS OF THIS the law enforcement agencies named below agree to <br />provide security within the RSS distribution site. <br /> <br />City of Fargo <br />By: <br /> <br />Dennis R.
