g. Memo of understanding-Strategic National Stockpile program

Memorandum of Understanding "SECURITY" of the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) Receipt, Staging, and Storage (RSS) Facility at the Fargodome Between The City of Fargo Police Department and the Cass County Sheriff's Department And the North Dakota Department of Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Section The City of Fargo Police Department and the Cass County Sheriff's Department agree to assess the need for and to provide a security liaison in accordance with the RSS operations plan and any applicable Appendix to this plan. The Fargo Police and Cass County Sheriff's Departments, or a designee thereof, will coordinate security at the RSS location within the Fargodome. The U.S. Marshall's Service will accompany the SNS assets and will coordinate security with a North Dakota Highway Patrol liaison and the Fargo Police Department in conjunction with the Cass County Sheriff's Department. The North Dakota National Guard has agreed to supply additional persons to assist Fargo Police Department and the Cass County Sheriff's Department with security in and around the RSS facility.
