The contract is related to a riverbank stabilization project in the Kensington Subdivision which the <br />Red River Regional Council is cost-sharing 60%. The landowners have agreed to enter into contract with the <br />county to restrict those activities that accelerate riverbank slumping. <br /> <br />Ohnstad Twitchell has made their initial review and revisions of the attached contract and early next week will <br />provide us the individual contracts for each of the six landowners.
