Grateful for the emergence of housing in this conversation." <br /> <br />Others noted that the Forum overlooked some things, such as: <br /> <br />"Low-income people are not represented." <br />"Where are the comments and input from workforce people? ... [There is <br />an] attitude of 'we have to educate them.''' <br />"There is an underlying mistrust of each other's knowledge of the market, <br />i.e., government typically hears from existing neighborhoods, builders <br />typically work with new buyers/new neighborhoods.
