Project milestones are as follows: Maior Task Completion Date Duta Collection and Swvey November 10, 2006 30% Plan Construction Plans and Right of Way Limits January 19, 2007 Final Roadway Design Plans March 30,2007 Project Bid Opening April 2007 BASIS OFPAYMENTIBUDGET We propose that we be reimbursed for our services on un hourly basis for the actual time expended. Other direct prqject expenses, sueh as printing, supplies, reproduction, sub-consultants, etc. will be billed at east, and mileage will be billed at the eurrent allowable IRS rate for business miles. Dased on our understanding of the project and the attached Scope of Services, we estimate the cost of our services to be $288,146.00 which inc . and expenses. Additional services that may be requested will be billed on th same time and expense basis. '7 Invoices are submitted on a monthly basis for work perlormed during the previous month.
