<br />ATTACHMENTS <br />NDSU/Cass County Extension Service <br /> <br />Tax Exempt Status <br />The Parenting Resources Center is a program of the Cass County office of the NDSU Extension <br />Service and is a governmental unit ofCass County and NDSU. Therefore it is not required to <br />hold tax exempt status for the IRS. <br /> <br />Audit and Year-end Financial Statement <br />A Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Cass County Government is completed each year. <br />The most recent report is for fiscal year 2005. The complete financial report (108 pages) is <br />available for your review by contacting the Cass County Auditor's office at 241-5600. <br /> <br />Tax Return <br />As part of a governmental entity, the Cass County Extension Office is not required to complete a <br />990 tax return. <br /> <br />Board of Directors <br />The Cass County office of the NDSU Extension Service is administered cooperatively by the <br />NDSU Extension Service and the Cass County Commissioners. Dr. Joseph Chapman is the <br />President ofNDSU. Duane Hauck is the Director of the Extension Service. Brad Cogdill is the <br />District Director for the Cass County Extension Service. Cass County Commissioners are Chair <br />Darrell Vanyo, Robyn Sorum, Scott Wagner, Ken Pawluk and Vern Bennett. <br /> <br />The Cass County Extension Service program is advised a volunteer advisory council comprised <br />of 20 citizens. Membership roster is attached. <br />
