Tenant must comply with any applicable instructions regarding any Site security system. <br />(a) Gates will remain closed at all times unless entering or exiting the premises. When leaving the shelter, <br />ensure that all doors are locked and, jf there is a security system, it is armed. <br />(b) Any tower elevator may be used only after receiving proper instruction on its use, signing a waiver and <br />receiving authorization from the Owner. <br />(c) This Agreement does not guarantee parking space. If space is available, park only in the designated <br />areas. Do not park so as to block any ingress or egress except as may be necessary to load or unload <br />equipment.
