I'll provide the deed itself <br />and additional information on Monday prior to the meeting, but I wanted to notify you now so it <br />could be added. <br /> <br />I received a request this afternoon from a developer in Reed Township that the County abandon <br />its right of way interest in the property where Cass County Highway 10 was formedy located. The <br />road location has since changed, but a recent title search revea ed that the County still has a right <br />of way interest in the property. Since the property is now being sold and developed, developer <br />would like to get this County interest in the property released. I -ecommend approval subject to <br />the States Attorney's concurrence. <br /> <br />Suggested Motion Authorize Chairman to sign quick claim deeds abandoning the County's <br />interest in property located in section 31, Reed Township. <br /> <br /> <br />
