No. 365 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Chaffee Lions has made appliication to the Board of <br />Cass County Commissioners of the County o} Cass for permiss±on to <br /> <br />conduct a game of chance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said game of chance is to be <br />2003, at the Embden Cenex in Embden, ND; an <br /> <br />conducted on December 1, <br />J, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the sworn statement of facts contained in the <br /> <br />application of Chaffee Lions for such permit indicates that Chaffee <br /> <br />Lions is qualified and eligible to conduct a game of chance in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of No~th Dakota; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b~ the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Cass County: That Ch~ffee Lions is hereby <br />authorized to conduct a game of chance on D~cember 1, 2003; and <br /> <br />That the nature of the game or games which are authorized to <br /> <br />be conducted is: Raffle <br /> <br />STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA ) <br /> ) ss <br />COUNTY OF CASS ) <br /> <br />Michael Montplaisir, being first duly sworn, deposes and says that <br />he is the duly appointed County Auditor of the County of Cass and <br />that the foregoing resolution is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution duly adopted by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass; and that such resolution is a true and correct transcript <br />of the permanent records of the minutes of the meeting of the Board <br />of County Commissioners of the County of Cass held on the 3rd day <br />of November, 2003. <br /> <br />Michael Montplaisir, County Auditor <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to approve raffle permit for Chaffee Lions to be held Decbmber <br /> 1, <br /> 2003, <br /> at <br /> the <br /> Embden <br /> Cenex <br />in Embden, North Dakota. ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
