Crisis Shelter, for example is paid by DHS and some family counseling by United <br />Way, Youth and families are also involved in other Y outhworks programs including KEYS, <br />Anger Management, Turnabout and peer support. <br /> <br />2004 Funding Update: Runaway Centers in both Fargo and Moorhead are funded primarily with <br />Federal funds.
