In 2005-06 Youthworks will provide intensive <br />casework, based on a collaboratively developed <br />plan, for 100 deep-end unruly youth who are at <br />risk of being removed from their home with: <br />o (85%) of the youth remaining in the <br />custody of their parents, <br />o (65%) having no further involvement in <br />the juvenile justice system. <br />o (60%) of the youth having no placement <br />interventions (attendant care, psyche <br />placement, emergency foster or group <br />lacement . <br />2, In 2004-05 Youthworks' will provide 70 <br />students suspended from school with <br />supervision, homework assistance, counseling <br />and community service with: <br />>- 100% completing a school approved plan <br />regarding the conditions (homework, <br />counseling, letters of apology, community <br />service) of their return to school <br />>- 70% having no further suspensions during <br />the school year <br /> <br />Data Source and Timeline: <br /> <br />This data is obtained from the school and the court <br />on a quarterly basis. <br /> <br />This data is obtained from the schools at year end <br />and at the time of their return to school. <br /> <br />3-YEAR DELINQUENCY PREVENTION PLAN SUMMARY (page 10f2) <br />(Attach additional pages as needed) <br /> <br />See Attachment <br />
