Costs may inclt~de the hiring of staff or <br />contractors to assist with the collection of the needs hssessment data. <br /> <br />The award document constitutes the operative docUr0ent obligating and reserving <br />the Federal funds for use by the Cass County Emergency Management in execution <br />of the award. The Cass County Emergency Management should affirm its timely <br />utilization of the award by sigmng the award document within 45 days from the <br />date of the award. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The Cass County Emergency Management will follow the approved 2003 II <br />assessment budget.
