o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The Cass County Emergency Management. . shall, be g~aid upon. receipt of actual <br />costs, substantiated by itemized bflhngs and evidence of project progness on a <br />quarterly basis beginning December 31, 2003. <br /> <br />The Cass County Emergency Management will repo~ expenditures for planning <br />costs to NDDEM on a quarterly basis beginning 10-~7-2003 until July 30, 2004. <br /> <br />Acceptance of the award requires compliance with OMB A133 Guidelines. In <br />addition, the Cass County Emergency Management, 'apon accepting the award, <br />agrees to complete and keep on file, as appropriate tl~_e Immigration and <br />Naturalization Service Employment Eligibility Verif cation form (I-9). <br /> <br />If the project is not operational within 60 days of the'original start date of the award <br />period, the Cass County Emergency Management must report by letter to NDDEM <br />the steps taken to initiate the project, the reasons for delay, and expected start date. <br /> <br />Authorized Recipient Representative <br /> <br /> Douglas C.
