We will back-up your HVAC control system Insight workstation software, graphics and <br />field panel databases, and provide safe storage of this critical business information. Should a <br />catastrophic event occur, we will respond onsite (or online if available) to reload the databases <br />and system files from our stored backup copy and to ensure proper operation and performance. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Remote Facility Monitoring: Remote Facility Monitoring allows us to assist your maintenance <br />staff detect issues before they turn into problems by using your Insight APOGEE system. <br />Provided a modem & dedicated phone line is present, we will remotely regularly check and <br />notify them of abnormal conditions, such as: checking systems or components in alarm, pumps <br />not rotating between lead/lag because of pump failure, heating/cooling coils not resetting to <br />optimal temperatures based on outdoor air. and noticing equipment that is short cycling. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Equipment Runtimes & Analysis: Equipment Runtimes & Analysis provides valuable energy- <br />saving information on a periodic basis. We will measure, analyze, and report on the operating <br />hours of your energy-intensive pieces of equipment. This data can quickly assist you in <br />understanding where your utility dollars are going as well as providing the valuable information <br />when your equipment is not running according to schedule, is malfunctioning, or needs to be <br />serviced. We will provide this service _ time(s) per year <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Emergency Onsite Response: To reduce the costs and disruptions of downtime when an <br />unexpected problem does occur, we will provide emergency onsite response within (1) one <br />workinq dav upon your notification. Non-emergency calls, as determined by your staff and <br />G & R Controls will be incorporated into the next scheduled service call. <br /> <br />Emergency Online Response: To provide faster response to emergency service requests and <br />to reduce the cost and disruptions of downtime, we will respond online within 4 hours of <br />receiving notification for emergency service. We will furnish and install the necessary online <br />service technology to enable us to remotely dial into your HVAC control system, through a <br />dedicated telephone line that will be provided by the facility. Emergencies will be determined by <br />your staff and G & R Controls. <br /> <br />Repair & Replacement Services: To reduce the effects of unbudgeted repairs, we will repair or <br />replace failed or worn components to maintain your system in peak operating condition. <br />Components that are suspected of being faulty may be repaired or replaced in advance to <br />minimize the occurrence of system interruptions. labor is included and materials are <br />included as part of this service for the equipment shown in the List of Maintained Equipment, <br />unless otherwise noted there in the column marked R&R (Repair and Replacement) Coverage. <br />For certain limitations of maintenance or service obligations not included refer to the <br />Terms and Conditions Article 7. <br /> <br />Cass Co.
