Included are the <br />services to be provided on the specific equipment in your facility as shown in the attached List of <br />Maintained Equipment. <br /> <br />Customer Support Services <br /> <br />o Educational Services: Through our educational services, your employees will learn how to <br />take advantage of your HVAC equipment and control systems capabilities, thus realizing a <br />greater return on your investment. G & R Controls in conjunction with Siemens Building <br />Technologies regularly hold classes in the training facility located in our Sioux Falls office. <br />Training may also be offered in our Fargo and Rapid City offices based on customer demand. <br />This service is for attendee(s) per year. <br /> <br />[S] Operator Coaching: Through our individuai operator coaching, we will review and reinforce <br />learned skills, leading to greater utilization of your HVAC equipment and control systems in your <br />facility. Our system experts assist your operators in identifying, verifying and resolving <br />problems found in executing tasks. During the coaching sessions, we can address log book <br />issues; assist your operators in becoming more self sufficient, and tailor HVAC control system <br />applications to the needs of your facility and to your operators' specific job responsibilities. <br /> <br />HVAC CONTROL SERVICES - Automation <br />. System Performance Upgrades <br /> <br />o Field Panel Hardware Updates: Field panel updates will extend the life of your HVAC control <br />system investment, without using capital investment dollars to update your field panel <br />technology. These updates deliver the benefits of our commitment to compatibility by design; a <br />commitment unique in our industry. The List of Maintained Equipment indicates which field <br />panels are to be updated and the details of those updates. Field Panel Hardware updates will <br />be provided as deemed necessary due to compatibility issues with all other Building Automation <br />System (BAS) components. G & R Controls will provide an additional price for the updates if <br />required. <br /> <br />o Field Panel Firmware Upgrade: With firmware upgrades, you will benefit from new features <br />and enhancements that will improve building operations, while extending the life of your BAS <br />investment. We will provide you with firmware and documentation upgrades to your existing <br />APOGEE field panels upon development as deemed necessary. Onsite training will familiarize <br />you with the new features and their associated benefits. These upgrades deliver the benefits of <br />Siemens Building Technologies' commitment to compatibility by design; a commitment unique in <br />our industry. G & R Controls will provide an additional price for the upgrades if required. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Color Graphic Software Upgrade: With the Software Upgrades option you will benefit from <br />new features and enhancements that will improve building operations, while extending the life of <br />your BAS investment. We will provide you with software and documentation upgrades to your <br />existing APOGEE Insight software, as they become available. We include on site training to <br />familiarize you with the new features and their associated benefits.
