Commission Minutes-August 7,2006 3090 8. VOUCHERS, Approved MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Pawluk seconded to approve Voucher No. 209,399 through Voucher No. 209,778. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 9. FARGO FAMILY HEALTH CENTER; NACO CONVENTION; BREWER LAKE; MEETING UPDATES, Committee reports Mr. Vanyo attended a meeting with members of the Fargo Family Health Care Center regarding their need for additional space. He said this will be an agenda item when the Cass and Clay County Commission hold their joint meeting next month. Mrs. Sorum said she is attending the National Association of Counties Convention in Chicago and will give a report at the next meeting. Mr. Montplaisir visited Brewer Lake. He said one restroom has been restored and the remaining structures have been demolished with the exception of the one on the south side. Commissioners and staff reported on meetings they have attended in the past two weeks, as well as upcoming meetings. 10. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to receive and file correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. request for comments from the City of Fargo on a shared use path improvement project that will run north from County Road 20 parallel to the Red River, continuing north to a park located east of County Road 31 (copy referred to Keith Berndt, County Engineer, and Mike Zimney, County Planner); North Dakota Department of Transportation tentative program and registration for the Local Road Coordinators' Conference being held in Rapid City, South Dakota on October 25 and 26, 2006, at the Ramkota Inn. 11. ADJOURNMENT MOTION, passed On motion by Mr. Wagner, seconded by Mr. Vanyo and all in favor, the meeting was adjourned at 4:00 PM.
