It is fine, except for two comments: 1) In ~2A there are blanks for the rental fee and related balance due. If they are charging a fee, then we should complete those sections - probably OK just to write in the amount and initial it. If the Fair is offering the location as a public service without a fee, then the document should reflect a "0" as the rental fee. Again, fill it in and init ial it. 2) In i7 it indicates we should have insurance of at least $lM. That should be no problem; we already have that. However, it also says that there should be a certificate of insurance that names the Fair. That is something that is obtained through the Auditor. So I am copying the Auditor on this e-"mail. Heather: I will leave these same comments with you in paper form. Angela: I will presume you will talk 1tdth the Fair (item 1) and/or Mike Montplaisir (i..t:em 2) to resolve the comments. Birch P.
