<br />This leads to simplification of the payment provisions in the agreements: the host <br />regions will submit the allowable costs incurred each month for reimbursement by the <br />State at 66%, and the remaining 34% will be billed to each participating region in the <br />proportions described in the agreements. <br /> <br />At the request of a regional administrator, Attachment A was revised to break out the <br />costs of the agreement for CY 2006 and CY 2007. <br /> <br />A number of other, less significant changes were made in response to comments to <br />further refine and clarify the draft agreements. With these changes, we believe that <br />either or both of the agreements are ready to be submitted to the host regions for <br />signature, followed by the participating regions, once a decision is made to move <br />forward on one or both of the projects. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
