<br />The North Dakota Rules and Regulations require all state appreritice, licensed and certified appraisers
<br />complete a minimum number of hours or continuing education. 'A minimum of 42 c1assroomhoufs of
<br />continuing education in coursl9S or seminars overalhree-year renewal period is required. These hours must
<br />be completed after the date of issuance of-your permit. Evidence of continuing educatioricompietion'should
<br />,be submitted with'lheannualrenewalapplication.
<br />
<br />As your initial permit date iSSllance is July 20, 2005, 42 hours of continuing education must be completed by
<br />July20, 2008.
<br />
<br />Applicants are required to submit lhreeappraisals for review, ,as part of the application process. Mr: Alan
<br />Hummel, Board ReViewer completed reviews, on the work product you submitted. Enclosed you will find a
<br />copy of the reviews. Please review the concerns and comments specified in the reviews' when completing
