<br />Corporate and Government Accounts are exempt from the $25 <br />reconnect fee. <br />Corporate and GovernmentIndividual accounts are still chare:ed <br />the 825 reconnect fee. <br />There is a limit of 10 ptns per account that can be charged the $9.99 <br />rate plan change fee. <br />Customers should be charged the $9.99 fee when going onto the <br />Seasonal Suspend plan, but should not be charged when returning to <br />their regular rate plan. <br />We will allow a customer who is being deployed, but is not the <br />Account holder, to place their unit on the military seasonal plan. <br />All promotional features will be end dated to match the new contract <br />end date. A new Soc of the same feature may need to be added in place <br />of the promotional Soc to accommodate the new end date. <br /> <br />CARE scripting and recording: <br /> <br />"Mr./Mrs. <Customers Name>, you have requested changes be made to your calling <br />plan. In order to receive this plan you will be required to remain on service with <br />Nextel with an additional 3 month extension to your current contract. The changes <br />will take effect on the date of request or the first day of no usage after the original <br />requested date. There will be a eharge of$9.99 for a rate plan change and a $25.00 <br />reconnect fee for each ptn requested. If service is cancelled early for any reason, you <br />will be charged a $200.00 early cancellation fee that cannot be waived or prorated. <br />Do you understand and agree to these terms as read to you?" <br />
