Corporate and Government Accounts are exempt from the $25 reconnect fee. Corporate and GovernmentIndividual accounts are still chare:ed the 825 reconnect fee. There is a limit of 10 ptns per account that can be charged the $9.99 rate plan change fee. Customers should be charged the $9.99 fee when going onto the Seasonal Suspend plan, but should not be charged when returning to their regular rate plan. We will allow a customer who is being deployed, but is not the Account holder, to place their unit on the military seasonal plan. All promotional features will be end dated to match the new contract end date. A new Soc of the same feature may need to be added in place of the promotional Soc to accommodate the new end date. In order to receive this plan you will be required to remain on service with Nextel with an additional 3 month extension to your current contract.
