<br />Seasonal Suspend Program <br />Nextel <br /> <br />$5.95 Seasonal Suspend <br />Verbal Agreement <br />Non-Military <br /> <br />Purpose: To make customers aware and agree to all fees associated with the rate <br />plan change and contract extension before being placed on Seasonal Plan. <br /> <br />Policy: When customer requests to be placed on a seasonal plan they must agree to <br />all terms and conditions that apply. These terms are as follows: <br /> <br />Price Plan change fee of $9.99 per unit up tolD units <br />$25 recOJinect fee wiIl be applied on date of reactivation to previous plan. <br />Contract is extended 3 months unless out of contract. <br />Agree to $200 Early Termination fee for early cancellation. <br />ASL accounts are still responsible for maintenance fees. <br /> <br />See exception notes below <br /> <br />Process: When a customer calls in requesting Seasonal Plan, a transaction must be submitted to <br />account modifications, the following guidelines must apply and will need to be verified prior to <br />submission: <br /> <br />Past Due Policy: <br /> <br />Individual Consumers can be 0-30 days past due to qualify for the $5.95 <br />plan. <br /> <br />Business's can be 31+ days past due to qualify for the $5.95 plan. <br /> <br />Corporate/Government accounts have no Past Due restrictions. <br /> <br />Process Guidelines <br /> <br />Customer's ban must be active for at least 90 days <br />The requested phone may not have been placed on Seasonal Suspend <br />for a total of90 days within the past 12 months. <br />The person requesting the change must be an authorized contact. <br />If the customer is currently out of contract for the requested ptn, no <br />contract extension is required. <br />To avoid multiple tickets, please combine all ptn requests onto one <br />Transaction. <br />Corporate and Government Accounts are exempt from the 59.99 <br />rate p Ian. fee. <br />
