<br />American Disabilities Act of 1990, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Age <br />Discrimination Act of 1975, Executive Order 11246 regarding Equal Employment Opportunity, <br />and the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act of 1972. The above laws, orders, and <br />regulations prohibit discrimination against any person by reason of race, color, religion, national <br />origin, sex, age, or status as a handicapped person, disabled veteran, or veteran of the Vietnam <br />Era. <br /> <br />14.03 In the event that intellectual property (IP) with the potential to generate revenue, to <br />which the EERC is entitled, is developed under this agreement, such IP, including rights, title, <br />interest, and obligations, will be transferred to the EERC Foundation, a separate legal entity. <br /> <br />The EERC Foundation will have oversight responsibility thereafter and will accept the tenns and <br />conditions of this agreement. If Sponsor issues a purchase order or other documentation purporting to relate to <br />this Agreement, either as an original contractor or as an amendment to this Agreement, such <br />document issued by Sponsor shall be considered to be for Sponsor's internal use only, and the <br />provisions contained therein shall not amend this Agreement except as may be expressly agreed to <br /> <br />6 <br />
