3. COMPENSATION. Reports can be turned in (every two weeks or monthly). 4. EQUIPMENT. The Contractor shall furnish equipment and sufficient labor to spot spray noxious weeds in the road right of ways. Equipment shall be properly maintained, adjusted and calibrated to apply chemicals to target plants at or below the labeled rates. 5. INSURANCE. Contractor shall be fully & solely liable for any damages caused by or during said spraying or through the operation, use, or maintenance of any of Contractor's equipment. Contractor shall obtain liability insurance to cover its operation under this Agreement for bodily injury or property damage and shall maintain such insurance for at least the term of this Agreement.
