SECTION XII. Contractor shall remain in contact with the County for purposes of exchanging information and receiving directives related to the performance of this Agreement. Such contracts should be made and initiated by the Contractor with the designated representatives of the County at the time and place agreed upon by the parties hereto, SECTION XIII. With respect to termination of this Agreement: . In the event of any violation by Contractor of any of the terms of this Agreement, County thereon may terminate this Agreement without notice and with pay only to the time of such termination. . In the event Contractor is not paid by the County in full within twenty-one (21) days after the delivery of an invoice by Contractor to the County, then Contractor may terminate this Agreement without notice and shall not be further obligated to the County for anything, .
