The dates are <br />May 18 and 19 for setup and the dates for the shoot are May 20 and 21,2006. <br /> <br />The Fargo Park District is requesting an on going agreement for this event. I have talked with Greg Seibo Fargo <br />Park District legal counsel and he is preparing a draft on going agreement with a termination clause as per our <br />phone conversation today. <br /> <br />We are willing to make the request before the County commission but I am hopeful that it could be on the consent <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Please forward on to the Cass County Chairman as stated it was the Chair's decision on what agenda items are <br />placed on each agenda. <br /> <br />I will also contact the Stanley Township board on this matter. <br /> <br />Please notify me as to your answer and what I need to do next <br /> <br />Again as you may know the Fargo Police Department and the urban bow hunting committee has asked me to <br />notify Cass County and the Stanley Township Board about revisiting the archery deer season on the same <br />property. There is no formal request yet but the committee is talking about making a request. Nothing has been <br />decided on this matter but I was directed to at least notify the county. The committee is in the process of make <br />recommendations on a special deer herd reduction season next fall.
