<br />B. Promote, offer, or use only those materials, equipment, or services as <br />specified by the RFP, and requirements of this contract. <br /> <br />C. Engage the services of its parent company, subsidiaries, or any proposed <br />subcontractors, agents, or other persons handling, storing, transporting, <br />treating, or disposing of Waste collected under the contract only if such <br />persons were disclosed in its bid proposal or if the use of such person was <br />agreed upon by Department in writing. <br /> <br />13. ADVERTISING <br /> <br />Contractor may not refer to this contract in future solicitations, newsletters, or <br />similar publications without written authorization by Department. <br /> <br />14. SUBCONTRACTS/ASSIGNMENT <br /> <br />Contractor shall not subcontract or assign its obligations under this contract without <br />the prior written consent of Department. If subcontracting is approved, all <br />requirements of the contract apply to subcontractors. Department reserves the <br />right to prohibit Contractor from employing the services of a subcontractor. The use <br />of subcontractors does not relieve Contractor of any requirement set forth herein <br />and Contractor is responsible for insuring that any subcontractor performs in <br />accordance with all of the terms and conditions of this contract. <br /> <br />15. TAXES AND FEES <br /> <br />A. Contractor will pay and maintain in current status all taxes that are <br />necessary for contract performance. <br /> <br />B. Contractor will pay and maintain in current status, any license fees, <br />assessments, permit charges, etc:, which are necessary for contract <br />performance. It is Contractor's sole responsibility to monitor and determine <br />any changes or the enactment of any subsequent regulations for fees, <br />assessments, or charges and to comply immediately with changes or <br />regulations during the entire contract term. <br /> <br />16. MODIFICATIONS <br /> <br />This contract may be amended only by written mutual agreement of the parties. <br /> <br />17. COLLECTION SITE ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS <br /> <br />Department reserves the right to add or delete site locations. The addition or <br />deletion of site locations will not represent a significant increase or decrease in size <br />or scope of the contract. <br /> <br />6 <br />
