Twice a year, foster <br />parent recognition events are held once in December and one in June. Historically, we <br />have solicited donations from area businesses and group to support these events. Last <br />winter we were requested to secure Commission approval prior to planning these events. <br /> <br />Proposed motion: I move the approval of the plan to solicit support from the Fargo Fire <br />Department support of the 2006 Foster care picnic. <br />
