RESOLUTION #2003-10, MIDA Bond hearina for NDSU Development Foundation Proiect Attomey James Stewart was present for the MIDA Bond hearing on the application of the NDSU Development Foundation for a horse barn and related equine facilities located at 5140 19th Avenue NW in Fargo. Mr. Stewart responded to questions from the board concerning bonding limits, and stated Cass County Government has no liability in the financing. The chairman opened the public hearing and invited comments from the audience. Hearing none, the public hearing was closed. MOTION, passed Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to approve Resolution #2003-10 Authorizing the Issuance of University Facilities Revenue Bonds (NDSU Development Foundation Project) under Chapter 40-57 N.D.C.C. and Authorizing the Preparation of Necessary Documents Therefore. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
