<br />Commission Minutes-May 15, 2006 3072 <br /> <br />Mr. Burdick has hired someone to replace Kathy Ziegelmann, Regional Child Support <br />Enforcement Director, who is retiring this week. The new employee will begin June 1 sl and <br />he has an interim plan in place to assist with the transition. <br /> <br />Commissioners and staff reported on meetings they have attended in the past two weeks, <br />as well as upcoming meetings. <br /> <br />12. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />North Dakota Department of Transportation information on the 2007-2008 Federal Aid <br />Program; <br />public notice and draft permit for the West Fargo Inert Landfill to renew a permit for an <br />inert waste landfill located in the NE % of Section 2, Township 139N, Range 50W in <br />Cass County; <br />letter from Thomas P. Martin, informing commission that he will not be seeking re- <br />appointment to the Fargo Planning Commission, representing the extraterritorial area <br />(copy referred to City of Fargo). <br /> <br />13.
