<br />Commission Minutes--December 6, 1999 2070 <br /> <br />Mrs. Johnson gave an update on Worker's Compensation claims and said the Worker's <br />Compensation Bureau is working on a couple of cases on a claim-by-claim basis. <br /> <br />Mr. Meyer reported that a December Water Summit in Grand Forks has been postponed and <br />will be rescheduled for early next spring. <br /> <br />Commissioners and staff plan to attend the East Central Commissioners Association meeting <br />in Grand Forks on Monday, December 13, 1999, beginning at 10:00 AM. <br /> <br />19. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />letter to Cass County and City of Fargo Commissioners from Scott & Cheryl Rising, <br />Fargo, concerning the building moratorium on flood prone lots; <br /> <br />letter from Jim McLaughlin, Fargo, informing the Board of his decision not to apply for <br />another term on the Southeast Cass Water Resource Board after his current term expires <br />December 31, 1999. <br /> <br />20.
