<br />Commission Minutes--November 15, 1999 2064 <br /> <br />The fall meeting of the Cass County Township Officer's Association will be held Thursday, <br />November 18, 1999, at the Casselton City Hall beginning at 7:30 PM. <br /> <br />Birch Burdick, State's Attorney, provided follow-up information on a court services agreement <br />signed by Cass County whereby District Court would agree to hear cases relating to county <br />ordinances. The State determined there was no need to sign an agreement since the courts <br />already have jurisdiction. <br /> <br />Michael Montplaisir, County Auditor, reported that the County's 2000 budget books have been <br />printed and copies will be distributed to all department heads this year. He also prepared a <br />budget summary pamphlet, which will be included in future township and city officials' mailings. <br /> <br />14. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />letter from 11 homeowners concerning Phase II flood buy-out funds; <br /> <br />notice from City of West Fargo concerning public input meeting and hearing <br />November 22, 1999, from 3:00-5:00 PM in the City Commission Chambers on a <br />final draft of the West Fargo Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />15.
