<br />Commission Minutes--November 1, 1999 2058 <br /> <br />Bonnie Johnson, County Coordinator, said representatives of Foss/Kimme Associates are <br />meeting with the jail design team today and tomorrow; and a report will be presented to the <br />County Commission at the first meeting in December. <br /> <br />Commissioners Koenig, Wieland, Meyer and Quick will be attending an informational meeting <br />for rural flood-prone lots south of Fargo, hosted by the City of Fargo, on Monday, November 8, <br />1999, beginning at 11 :00 AM. Cass County Engineer Keith Berndt provided some background <br />information on this meeting, which will include a bus tour of the areas. Other county staff may <br />also be in attendance. <br /> <br />The Cass County Flood Master Planning Committee has scheduled a final public input meeting <br />at 7:00 PM on November 22, 1999, at the Hope Lutheran Church South Campus. Mrs. Quick <br />encouraged other Commissioners to attend this meeting also. <br /> <br />12. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />letter from West Fargo City Commission concerning abatement applications for property <br />damaged by natural disasters (refers to July 4, 1999 wind storm); <br />list from North Dakota Department of Transportation of the 2000-2002 county <br />construction projects. <br /> <br />13.
