<br />Commission Minutes--November 1, 1999 2055 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />NOVEMBER 1, 1999 <br /> <br />1. MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Robbie Quick called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present as <br />follows: Paul Koenig, John Meyer, Alon Wieland, Donna Schneider and Robbie Quick. <br /> <br />2. MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that the minutes of <br />the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA, Order approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve the order of <br />the agenda as printed. Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. PERSONNEL POLICY, Ratify action of Personnel Overview Committee to amend Section <br />7.40. Compensatory Time <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to ratify Personnel <br />Overview Committee action of October 18, 1999, amending Personnel <br />Policy Section 7.40 relating to accrual of compensatory time. On roll <br />call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />5. ABATEMENT APPLICATIONS, Haugrud: Hudson: Busch Agricultural: Huseby: Eide <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that abatement <br />#4124 for Victor & Jennifer Haugrud be reduced to $199,500 as <br />recommended by the Stanley Township Assessor and the Director of <br />Equalization. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that abatement <br />#4130 for David Hudson be approved as recommended by the City of <br />Hunter and the Director of Equalization. On roll call vote, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that abatement <br />#4131 for Busch Agricultural Resources, Inc. be reduced to $4,717,300 <br />as recommended by the City of West Fargo and the Director of <br />Equalization. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br />
