<br />Commission Minutes--October 18, 1999 2051 <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to amend <br />Commission Policy Manual Section 4.00, Advisory Boards, by <br />appointing Marvin Leidal of West Fargo to the Cass County School <br />Reorganization Committee for a three-year term to fill a vacancy from <br />Commission District #4. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />7. FAIR DELEGATES, Appointment to State Fair Association annual meeting <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to appoint Roy <br />Faught, Don Eckert and Tim Clark as Cass County delegates to the <br />1999 North Dakota State Fair Association's annual meeting scheduled <br />for November 10, 1999, at the North Dakota State Fair Center, Minot, <br />ND. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />8. ABATEMENT APPLICATIONS, Approved for Verrill & Barb Sprunk: Kim & Laura Bruesch: <br />Gregory Heilman <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that Abatement #4141 <br />and #4142 for Verrill and Barb Sprunk be approved as recommended <br />by the Eldred Township Board and the Director of Equalization. On <br />roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that Abatement #4149 <br />for Kim and Laura Bruesch be approved as recommended by the City <br />of Mapleton and the Director of Equalization. REGISTER OF DEEDS, Budget transfer for software and equipment installation <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to transfer $6,242.82 from <br />the General Fund to the Register of Deeds CHRIS+ System Fund to close the <br />fund since the installation of equipment and software has been completed. <br />On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10.
