<br />Commission Minutes--September 20, 1999 2041 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />SEPTEMBER 20, 1999 <br /> <br />1. MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Robbie Quick called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present as <br />follows: Paul Koenig, John Meyer, Alon Wieland, Donna Schneider and Robbie Quick. <br /> <br />2. MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that the minutes of <br />the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA, Order approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve the order of <br />the agenda, moving flood update ahead of the budget hearing <br />because Irv Rustad has another meeting to attend. On roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4. ASSESSMENT OF OMITTED PROPERTIES, Approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to add Lot 1 except <br />the West 31' of Block 1, Doeden's Subdivision to City of Fargo, as <br />omitted property for the year 1999 in the amount of $98,000 residential <br />property, according to notice sent from the county auditor to Verlin <br />& Sandra Heier, Fargo NO. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to add Tract C, <br />Great Northern 4th Addition to City of Fargo, as omitted property for <br />the year 1999 in the amount of $157,000 commercial property, <br />according to notice sent from the county auditor to Dennis Gabriel, <br />Fargo NO. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to add South 50' of <br />Lot 4 and all of Lot 5, Hub Addition to City of Fargo, as omitted <br />property for the year 1999 in the amount of $105,000 commercial <br />property, according to notice sent from the county auditor to Lowell <br />Regstad, Fargo NO. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to add Building 9, <br />Hector International South General Aviation Area to City of Fargo, as <br />omitted property for the year 1999 in the amount of $318,000 <br />commercial property, according to notice sent from the county <br />auditor to Municipal Airport Authority, Fargo NO. On roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />
