<br />Commission Minutes--August 2, 1999 2014 <br /> <br />The Casselton Volunteer Ambulance Service provided pop and cookies as refreshments for the <br />Commissioners and staff between meetings held today at the Casselton City Hall. The County <br />Social Service Board met at 2:00 PM and the County Commission meeting began at 3:30 PM. <br /> <br />14. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />letter from Department of Housing and Urban Development regarding the high <br />performance status of the Housing Authority of Cass County; <br />North Dakota Department of Transportation information on the 2000-2002 Federal Aid <br />Program and Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Interstate 29 corridor project <br />one mile south of 32nd Avenue South to County Road 20; <br />notice from North Dakota Department of Corrections that the Cass County Correctional <br />Center and the Juvenile Detention Center were found to be in compliance with North <br />Dakota Law and Jail Rules after an inspection by Charles Shumaker, Correctional <br />Facility Inspector; <br />notice of hearings to be held August 18, 1999, at 10:00 AM in Tolna, ND and at 5:00 PM <br />in Valley City, ND concerning application of the City of Devils Lake for a permit to drain <br />water from Stump Lake to the Tolna Coulee. <br /> <br />15.
