PERSONNEL OVERVIEW COMMITTEE, Appoint department head replacements <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to appoint two new <br />department head representatives on the County Personnel Overview <br />Committee as follows: Kathy Ziegelmann to replace Mike Steiner and <br />Mike Montplaisir to replace Charlotte Sandvik. On roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />8. FLOOD MASTER PLAN COMMITTEE, Richard Freeman to replace Jerome Nipstad <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to accept the <br />resignation of Jerome Nipstad and appoint Richard Freeman, as <br />requested by the Citizens for Responsible Flood Control, to serve on <br />the Cass County Flood Master Planning Committee. On roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />9. PERMIT FOR SPECIAL EVENT, Approved for Fargo Holiday Inn <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve special <br />event alcoholic beverage permit for the Fargo Holiday Inn for the <br />North Dakota Retail Lumberman's Association meeting at <br />Bonanzaville on July 17, 1999. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />
