Commission Minutes--June 21, 1999 1994 6. COMMISSION POLICY MANUAL AMENDED, Board appointments. Section 4.00 MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to amend Commission Policy Manual Section 4.00, Advisory Boards, according to the following appointments: On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. Cass County Housing Authority Kent Buss, Casselton City of Casselton Planning and Zoning Commission - extra-territorial member Lorne Sterner, Casselton City of Gardner Planning and Zoning Commission - extra-territorial member Douglas Sinclair, Gardner City of Reile's Acres Planning and Zoning Commission - extra-territorial member M. Herbert Smith, Fargo County Tuition Appeals Board Kent Buss, Casselton Weed Control Larry Wilcox, Ayr (from NW area) 7. PERSONNEL OVERVIEW COMMITTEE, Appoint department head replacements MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to appoint two new department head representatives on the County Personnel Overview Committee as follows: Kathy Ziegelmann to replace Mike Steiner and Mike Montplaisir to replace Charlotte Sandvik. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 8. FLOOD MASTER PLAN COMMITTEE, Richard Freeman to replace Jerome Nipstad MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to accept the resignation of Jerome Nipstad and appoint Richard Freeman, as requested by the Citizens for Responsible Flood Control, to serve on the Cass County Flood Master Planning Committee. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 9. PERMIT FOR SPECIAL EVENT, Approved for Fargo Holiday Inn MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve special event alcoholic beverage permit for the Fargo Holiday Inn for the North Dakota Retail Lumberman's Association meeting at Bonanzaville on July 17, 1999. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
