<br />Commission Minutes--February 16, 1999 1945 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Cass County Board of Commissioners that Spring <br />Load Restrictions will be imposed upon Cass County Highways in the following manner: All <br />County Highways to be posted in accordance with the Cass County Highway 1999 Spring <br />Weight Restrictions Map dated February 4, 1999. Spring load restrictions will be effective at <br />12:01 AM on February 23, 1999. <br /> <br />Dated this 16th day of February, 1999, at Fargo, North Dakota. <br /> <br />14. VOUCHERS, Approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve Voucher No. <br />124,641 through No. 125,205. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />15. VIDEO ARRAIGNMENTS; EMPLOYEE INTERNET CLASS; REGISTER OF DEEDS <br />COMPUTER SYSTEM; ELECTION IN APRIL, Committee reports <br />Mrs. Johnson reminded Commissioners of the meeting on February 24, 1999, at 1 :30 PM in the <br />Commission Room concerning video hearings/arraignments. <br /> <br />This Friday, the Extension Service is offering an employee Internet training class through the <br />personnel office for a limited number of employees due to the use of State computer equipment. <br /> <br />Mr. Wieland reported on a meeting with area lending institutions to inform them of <br />implementation of the new Register of Deeds computer system, which will allow the office to <br />become current by May, 1999, on returning recorded documents. <br /> <br />Mr. Montplaisir said his office will begin preparations for the April election. <br /> <br />16. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br />request from North Dakota Department of Transportation for review of a highway <br />improvement project on the Interstate-29 and 52nd Avenue Interchange in Fargo; <br />notice of public hearings concerning the Maple River Dam and Reservoir. <br /> <br />17.
