TREASURER, Authorized to invest uncommitted funds MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to authorize the county treasurer to invest uncommitted funds. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 9. ABATEMENT APPLICATION, Approved for Monica Stich MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded that Abatement #4119 and #4120 for Monica Stich be reduced to $42,500 as recommended by the City of Mapleton and the Director of Equalization. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 10. CONTRACT APPROVAL, Social Services Respite Care and RISE Program MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve the following contracts submitted by respective department head and portfolio commissioner, subject to state's attorney approval; and authorize the chairperson to sign: Social Services Respite Child Care contract amendments and the North Dakota Department of Human Services contract amendment for the provision of consultationl technical assistance for the RISE Program through Lutheran Social Services. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 11. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, EmDloyee annual leave carry-over MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to allow Anthony Krogh, Sheriff's Department employee, to carry over 64 hours of annual leave, which exceeds the 240-hour maximum carry-over according to Cass County Personnel Policy Section 6.00. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
