ABATEMENT APPLICATION, Approved for Monica Stich <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded that Abatement <br />#4119 and #4120 for Monica Stich be reduced to $42,500 as <br />recommended by the City of Mapleton and the Director of <br />Equalization. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10. CONTRACT APPROVAL, Social Services Respite Care and RISE Program <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve the <br />following contracts submitted by respective department head and <br />portfolio commissioner, subject to state's attorney approval; and <br />authorize the chairperson to sign: Social Services Respite Child Care <br />contract amendments and the North Dakota Department of Human <br />Services contract amendment for the provision of consultationl <br />technical assistance for the RISE Program through Lutheran Social <br />Services. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, EmDloyee annual leave carry-over <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to allow Anthony <br />Krogh, Sheriff's Department employee, to carry over 64 hours of <br />annual leave, which exceeds the 240-hour maximum carry-over <br />according to Cass County Personnel Policy Section 6.00. On roll call <br />vote, motion carried unanimously. <br />
