Commission Minutes--December 21, 1998 1908 MOTION, passed Mrs. Quick moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to transfer $8,786.52 from the State's Attorney Asset Forfeiture Fund to the General Fund to reimburse the General Fund for part of the local match for the drug prosecutor position. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mrs. Quick moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to amend the Jail Budget Medical line item from $80,000 to $150,000, the Transportation of Committed line item from $32,000 to $55,000, and the Prisoner Boarding from $100,000 to $265,000. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mrs. Quick moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to amend the revenue budget for the Drug Restitution Fund from $6,000 to $30,000 and the expenditure budget from $7,500 to $18,000. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mrs. Quick moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to amend the IV-D line item from $529,036 to $653,287, the Crossroads Child Care line item from $20,000 to $35,000, the Respite Child Care line item from $27,000 to $42,000 and the SPED/HCBS line item from $8,206 to $24,650. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 5. COMMISSION POLICY MANUAL AMENDED, Appointments to advisory boards MOTION, passed Mrs. Quick moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to amend the Commission Policy Manual Section 4.00, Advisory Boards, with the 1999 appointments as follows: On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
