PERMIT FOR SITE AUTHORIZATION, Red River Sno-Riders <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to grant site authorization <br />permit to conduct games of chance under license issued by North Dakota <br />Attorney General's Office for Red River Sno-Riders, Inc. at the Wild Rice Bar <br />and Grill, Wild Rice, North Dakota, on December 5, 1998. On roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />8. PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Four Corners Wildlife Club <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to approve raffle permit <br />for Four Corners Wildlife Club to be held November 23, 1998, at the <br />Embden Senior Citizen Hall in Embden, North Dakota. On roll call <br />vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />9. LOST INSTRUMENT BONDS, Received and filed for Ann Merrill: Audie Brorson <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to receive and file <br />Indemnity Bonds on Lost Instrument for Ann Merrill and for Audie <br />Brorson; and authorize the county treasurer and the county auditor <br />to issue duplicate checks. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />10. MEADOW BROOK PARK SUBDIVISION, County to discontinue sale of county-owned lots <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to direct the County <br />Auditor to immediately discontinue the sale of any lots owned by <br />Cass County in Meadow Brook Park Subdivision, in accordance with <br />a letter from Joel Quanbeck, Cass County Planning Office, dated <br />September 24, 1998, and a letter from the City of West Fargo <br />Planning and Zoning Commission dated September 28, 1998. On roll <br />call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. ABATEMENT APPLICATIONS, Recommendations accepted for Todd Boser and Dennis <br />L. Anderson <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Quick seconded that abatement #4078 for <br />Todd & Roberta Boser be denied as recommended by Frank Klein, <br />Director of Equalization, since an adjustment has already been made. <br />On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Quick seconded that abatement #4111, <br />#4112, #4113 and #4114 be valued at $79,000 for 1996 and 1997 on <br />the seven acre tract, as recommended by the Director of <br />Equalization. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br />
