On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to add Lot 14, Block 1, Chrisan Glen Subdivision in Stanley Township as omitted property for the year 1998 in the amount of $212,400 true and full value, according to notice from the county auditor to Patrick Scherling, Fargo. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 5. PERSONNEL OVERVIEW COMMITTEE, Actions of July 20. 1998 ratified MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to ratify Personnel Overview Committee action of July 20,1998, by amending Personnel Policy Section 6.30, Travel and Expense Reimbursement, and by amending Personnel Policy Section 7.00, Wage and Salary Administration. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 6. PLAT APPROVAL, Nelson Acres Subdivision: BRC Subdivision MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Quick seconded that the Cass County Board of Commissioners grant final plat approval to Nelson Acres Subdivision, NE 1/4 of Section 31 of Township 139N, Range 49W in Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Quick seconded that the Cass County Board of Commissioners grant approval of a variance request reducing right-of-way to 80 feet and grant final plat approval to BRC Subdivision, SE 1/4 of Section 5 of Township 138N, Range 49W in Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 7. PERMIT FOR SPECIAL EVENT, Approved for West Fargo VFW MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to approve special alcoholic beverage permit for West Fargo VFW Post #7564 on the date of September 12, 1998, at Bonanzaville and on the date of October 1, 1998, in the Commercial Building atthe Red River Valley Fairgrounds. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
