13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Commission Minutes--October 20, 1997 1732 <br /> <br />Mr. Wieland again made mention of the special Cass County Commission meeting to be held <br />Monday, October 27, 1997, at 1:00 PM in the Commission Room regarding future flood mitigation. <br />He believes it is time to begin a more pro-active approach to floodplain management and to develop <br />long-term strategies for the entire county.
