On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve out-of-state <br />travel for Leslie Johnson to Duluth, MN on September 11, 1997, for <br />placement of child at Northwood Children's Home. On roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />LOST <br /> <br />INSTRUMENT BOND, Received and.filed for Mapleton Park District <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to receive and file <br />Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for Mapleton Park District, and <br />authorize the county treasurer and the county auditor to issue duplicate <br />checks. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ANNEX OFFICE SPACE, District Court. Juvenile Services. ;_ rante, d temporary space <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Koenig moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to authorize the District <br /> Court, Juvenile Services Division, to use two offices on the first floor of <br /> the Cass County Government Annex until such time as the space may be <br /> needed for Cass County Government offices, at which time a 30-day <br /> notice would be given. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />HOLIDAY CLEARING BUREAU, Employee donations welcome MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Koenig moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to allow the solicitation <br /> of clothing items from Cass County employees to be given to the Holiday <br /> Clearing Bureau for distribution to needy adults.
