Commission Minutes--October 6, 1997 1723 SOCIAL SERVICES, Out-of-state travel approved MOTION, passed Mr. Koenig moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve out-of-state travel for Elisabeth Schiltz to attend a national conference in Rochester, MN on September 20-25, 1997, with Ms. Schiltz using education leave and paying for all travel costs. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mr. Koenig moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve out-of-state travel for Leslie Johnson to Duluth, MN on September 11, 1997, for placement of child at Northwood Children's Home. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. LOST INSTRUMENT BOND, Received and.filed for Mapleton Park District MOTION, passed Mr. Koenig moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to receive and file Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for Mapleton Park District, and authorize the county treasurer and the county auditor to issue duplicate checks. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. ANNEX OFFICE SPACE, District Court. Juvenile Services. ;_ rante, d temporary space MOTION, passed Mr. Koenig moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to authorize the District Court, Juvenile Services Division, to use two offices on the first floor of the Cass County Government Annex until such time as the space may be needed for Cass County Government offices, at which time a 30-day notice would be given. HOLIDAY CLEARING BUREAU, Employee donations welcome MOTION, passed Mr. Koenig moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to allow the solicitation of clothing items from Cass County employees to be given to the Holiday Clearing Bureau for distribution to needy adults.
