13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />Commission Minutes--April 7, 1997 1604 <br /> <br />SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, Budget increase to replace patrol car <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to increase the 1997 <br /> Sheriff's Department budget revenue by $17,000 (101-3501-369.70-06) <br /> and vehicle purchase (101-3502-421.74-06) to allow the Sheriff's <br /> Department to replace a patrol car destroyed in an accident on <br /> February 28, 1997. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />COMMISSION POLICY MANUAL, Amend Section 4.00, Advisory Boards, for appointment <br />to Fargo Planning and Zoning Commission MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to appoint David L. <br /> Wyum to complete the unexpired term of Timothy Flakoll on the City of <br /> Fargo Planning and Zoning from the extraterritorial area; Mr. Wyum's <br /> term to expire July 1, 2000. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />STATE'S ATTORNEY VICTIM WITNESS, Budget increase for computer purchase <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to increase the <br /> computer equipment line (101-3104-419.74-01) by $1,705 and the grant <br /> revenue line item (101-3104-331.55-05) by a similar amount for the <br /> State's Attorney Victim Witness Program to use grant funds for a <br /> computer purchase. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />JAIL/JUVENILE DETENTION, Policy manual revisions approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve the Cass <br /> County Jail and Juvenile Detention Policy Manuals as revised for 1997. <br /> On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CONTRACT APPROVAL, Hardrives, Inc.; Astech Corporation; Richland and LaMoure <br />Counties; North Dakota Department of Transportation MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve the <br /> following contracts submitted by respective department head and <br /> portfolio commissioner, subject to State's Attorney approval; and <br /> authorize the chairman to sign: On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />Hardrives Inc.--overlay County Highway 6 from County 38 near Alice to Chaffee <br />Astech Corporation-chip seal portions of County Highway 11, 26 and 81 <br />Richland and LaMoure Counties-board of prisoners and juvenile detention <br />North Dakota Department of Transportation-right of way certificate and <br />construction/maintenance agreements for Maple River bridge project <br /> <br /> <br />
