11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Commission Minutes--March 3, 1997 1594 <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />In order to implement the reserved employee parking program, Mrs. <br />Quick moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve the timing as <br />follows: March 15, 1997 at the Courthouse; and at the Annex, upon <br />reduction of the motor pool by two vehicles. On roll call vote, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to implement the following <br />procedures for reserved parking: On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />All eligible employees may sign up in the Personnel Office. <br />On the first of each month, four names will be drawn with two from the <br />Courthouse staff artd two from_ the Adlrte)cstaff. <br />Those individual names drawn will then be allowed to use the reserved <br />parking spaces starting the 15th day of the month and continuing until <br />the 14th day of the following month. <br />Once an individual name has been drawn and they have had access to <br />the reserved parking space for one month, they will not be eligible for <br />the monthly drawing again until 12 months have elapsed. After the 12 <br />months have elapsed, their name will be replaced into the drawing pool. <br />Those employees who will use the Courthouse parking spaces located <br />on the north side of the jail and who require a security pass for the west <br />door of the Courthouse may pick up passes in the Personnel Office the <br />14th day of the month and must return the pass to the Personnel Office <br />the 14th day of the following, month. <br /> <br />VOUCHERS, Approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve Vouchers No. <br /> 99,696 through No. 100,182. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />NDACo WORKSHOP FOR NEWLY ELECTED COMMISSIONERS; FARGO-CASS COUNTY <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION; STATE'S ATTORNEY STAFF REPLACEMENT; <br />PERSONNEL OVERVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULED, Committee repo ~rts <br />Commissioners Quick and Meyer attended the North Dakota Association of Counties workshop <br />for newly elected officials on February 26 and 27 in Bismarck. They also talked to Cass County <br />legislators at the State Capitol. <br /> <br />Commissioners Koenig and Meyer reported on a meeting of the Fargo Cass County Economic <br />Development Corporation which they attended last week. <br /> <br />In the absence of the State's Attorney, Mr. Koenig reported that positions approved by the <br />Commission last month have now been filled, those being two new secretaries and one file clerk. <br />He said hiring a replacement for Shirley Sorenson is in progress. <br /> <br /> <br />
